Terms of Use
After re-reading Kainashi's previous TOU, Rii realized they were really, really confusing. So she decided to
reword everything in basic English:
- Downloading graphics off of Kainashi and claiming them as your own is a no-no.
- Direct-linking is not allowed, because then Kainashi's sponsoring bandwidth will explode and Janet will
kick Kainashi off of her sponsoring list. That means that Kainashi will be forced to close. And we all know
you don't want that to happen [hopefully].
- If you want to know how the layout of Kainashi is coded ask Sayuri, but take her word when she says it's not
anything special. If you want to know the code for our anime op/end page... that's a state secret.
- Downloading graphics off of Kainashi, altering them a bit and then claiming as your own is also a no-no.
- The only graphics at Kainashi that can be actually used by another designer are Sayuri's vectors; Melvin's
stuff is not meant to be changed. Just because the vectors are open to use, however, does not mean they can be used
without a credit.
- Let Rii know if you've used one of her vectors. So she can bask in the fact that she's
actually contributing to someone's site.
- Please be courteous and polite; if you think there's a problem with something on the site, just let us
know, but don't be rude, or we shall snub you the way only the Kainashi staff can.
Please keep these guidelines in mind as you browse around Kainashi. If you haven't been scared off by
the cynical nature of these guidelines, enjoy the site~
